I don’t discuss my prices online as I don’t want you to choose my coaching simply through how much it costs, but more so because of what I can offer and how it can help you.

Payment methods will be discussed on sign up but the most common way will be simply via bank transfer or through a link that I will send you using a site called ‘Stripe’.

Consultation calls are super important at the beginning of the process as it gives me the opportunity to really get to know you, your current habits and what you are looking to achieve throughout this process.

How quickly you achieve results depends on a number of different factors. Over the next couple of months I can guarantee that you WILL see results, but how quick you achieve them depends on how well we can nail training & nutrition. At the end of the day we want these results to be long-lasting more than anything, so let's focus on this rather than losing as much as we can in the first week!

No, I don’t offer ‘one-off’ meal plans as I don’t see any value in these without the added accountability, support and guidance needed. With my coaching you will receive nutritional help with meal plan ideas, but it won’t be a typical ‘eat this, eat that’ approach that some other coaches may implement.

Personal training sessions last 1 hour. Online coaching sessions will vary in length depending on you and your goals, but again typically they shouldn’t last much longer than an hour.

For personal training, no you do not need a gym membership to train at the gym I’m based at. Alongside online coaching you do not NEED a gym membership either, however having one will be a big help in your training. Although saying that, we can still make good progress through training at home.
